Here Hot Fight Club
This isn't a cute cardio class. Fight Club is a high-heat, high-intensity boxing and conditioning workout built to push limits and torch everything in your path. Led by trainer and boxing coach Christina LeGrega. You'll move through non-stop shadowboxing rounds, explosive conditioning, and muscle-burning strength work using bands and light dumbbells. No bags. No machines. Just raw effort, relentless pace, and controlled chaos.
Expect:
